Public names, nicknames, profiles, photos, locations, employer details, and contribution summaries require the applicable consent and review. Do not submit customer information, delivery addresses, access codes, faces, licence plates, confidential workplace information, or third-party material without authorization. A contributor may request correction or withdrawal of public recognition, subject to lawful record-retention requirements.
