## Mission

Maintain a permanent audit log of every approved official brand term.

## Log Structure

Each record shall include:

- Approval ID
- Approval Date
- Official Term
- Category
- Action (New / Revision / Rename / Deprecation / Archive)
- Version
- Owner
- Reviewer
- Approval Status
- Related Registry Entry
- Related Version Archive Entry
- Notes

## Governance Rules

1. Every official term approval shall create one log entry.
2. Each log entry shall reference the corresponding Terminology Registry™ record.
3. Each approved change shall reference the Version Archive.
4. The log is append-only; existing records are not edited or deleted.
5. Corrections and reversals are recorded as new entries referencing the affected approval ID.
6. An approval ID is permanent and shall never be reassigned.
