## Mission

Establish an official translation memory to ensure consistency, efficiency, and reuse of approved multilingual content across all LandLift Robotics publications.

- Future AI-generated content

## Memory Record Structure

Each approved translation shall include:

| Status | Draft / Approved / Deprecated |

| Notes | Exceptions, constraints, or reuse guidance |

## Governance Rules

1. Only approved translations may enter the Translation Memory™.
2. Repeated content shall reuse approved translations unless a documented exception is approved.
3. Changes to an approved translation require review, versioning, and synchronization with the Brand Glossary™ where terminology is affected.
4. Draft records shall not be used as official public translations.
5. Deprecated records remain traceable and shall identify their replacement when one exists.
6. Memory IDs are never reassigned.

## Change Control

Every addition or change shall leave a trace through a new or versioned memory record, its reviewer role, and the related release record. A terminology-affecting change must be approved in the Brand Term Approval Log™ before publication.
