## Writing Style

Clear, practical, worker-centered, evidence-aware, and concise. Chinese should read as natural corporate Chinese rather than a literal English transcription.

## Official Translation Principles

1. Preserve meaning, development status, and evidence limits.
2. Never strengthen an unverified claim during translation.
3. Preserve registered English terms when the glossary marks them untranslated.
4. Use the approved Chinese name exactly when one is registered.
5. Preserve trademarks, capitalization, and punctuation that form part of a name.

## Brand Language Rules

LandLift Robotics, product names, registered governance titles, platform names, and listed acronyms remain untranslated unless the Brand Glossary™ explicitly approves a Chinese equivalent.

## Workflow and Version Management

Translations inherit the source-page version. Any source meaning change reopens the translation review. Minor copy corrections are recorded as patch changes; terminology changes follow Brand Change Control Principle™.

## Review

Required roles: Translation Owner, Brand Reviewer, and Governance Reviewer. One person may hold multiple roles in an early-stage organization, but the roles remain separately recorded.

## Translation Memory™ Reuse

1. Search Translation Memory™ before creating a new translation.
2. Reuse an Approved matching record when context and meaning are equivalent.
3. Record and approve an exception when an approved record is unsuitable.
4. Submit newly approved translations for entry with complete memory metadata.
5. Synchronize terminology-affecting changes with the Brand Glossary™, Terminology Registry™, Brand Term Approval Log™, and Version Archive.
