## 1. Purpose

This standard governs scalable multilingual delivery for the LandLift Robotics official website.

## 2. Supported Languages

- English (`en`) is the default and source language.
- Simplified Chinese (`zh-Hans`) is the Phase 1 target language.
- Future languages may include French, Japanese, Korean, and German without restructuring.

## 3. URL Strategy

- Default English: `/`, `/about/`, `/founder-story/`, `/vision/`, `/contact/`, `/governance/`, `/download-center/`
- Simplified Chinese: `/zh/`, `/zh/about/`, `/zh/founder-story/`, `/zh/vision/`, `/zh/contact/`, `/zh/governance/`, `/zh/download-center/`
- Legacy `.html` URLs remain compatibility redirects. New public links use canonical clean URLs.

## 4. Navigation and Switching

The language selector appears on every localized public page. Switching preserves the current page. Navigation order and information architecture remain consistent across languages.

## 5. Translation Workflow

Source approved → terminology check → translation → linguistic review → brand/governance review → metadata record → release validation.

Each localized page records source language, target language, status, reviewer role, review date, and version in the V3.2 localization validation record.

## 6. Expansion

New language folders reuse the same route keys, templates, terminology registry, review gates, and SEO rules. No route restructuring is required.

## 7. Localized SEO

Every localized page requires localized title and meta description, `lang`, canonical URL, `hreflang` for `en`, `zh-Hans`, and `x-default`, and matching open-graph locale metadata.

## Translation Memory and Term Approval Gate

The localization workflow shall search Translation Memory™ before drafting repeated content. Only Approved memory records may be reused. A new or changed official term must be registered in Terminology Registry™, synchronized with Brand Glossary™, and approved through a new Brand Term Approval Log™ entry before publication.
